We run the dispatch desk.
This console is ours, not yours — and that is the point. You are not buying dispatch software to staff, learn and operate. You are buying a dispatch operation that already runs, with the coverage and escalation logic behind it.
The difference matters
Most vendors sell you dispatch software and leave you to hire the dispatchers, build the operator network and answer the phone at 2am. That is a department, not a purchase.
You operate it
You hire and roster dispatchers, build your own carrier relationships, chase operators who do not answer, and own the coverage gaps.
We operate it
We rank and offer, escalate on timeout, monitor coverage, and intervene when a job needs a human. You get a portal and a record.
What we watch, all day
Every active job on a live map, the needs-dispatch queue beside it, and an alert feed that records the reasoning behind every automated decision.
- Live board — every active job colour-coded by status, urgent jobs ringed.
- Needs-dispatch queue for anything without an operator, with assignment in one click.
- Stuck-job warnings when a job has sat in dispatching too long.
- Coverage search by location, radius and equipment class.
- Auto, assisted or manual — a human can take the wheel at any point.
How an operator gets chosen
Not the nearest truck, and not whoever answers first. Four signals decide the order in which a job is offered.
Distance to the job
Real proximity to the pickup point, not head-office address — which is what a directory lookup would give you.
Equipment class
Flatbed, wheel-lift, heavy duty, rotator. A job that needs a rotator never goes to a light-duty operator.
Acceptance rate
Operators who reliably take the work rank above operators who let offers time out.
Service grade
A rolling grade from response times, completion rate, refusals and member ratings.
No job waits on a human noticing
Offered
The job goes to the highest-ranked operator for the location and equipment needed.
Window
They have a fixed window to accept. Urgent jobs use a shorter one than standard.
Escalated
On timeout or refusal the job moves to the next ranked operator automatically, and the attempt is recorded.
Flagged
If a zone keeps failing, an alert fires and dispatch priority shifts to a backup provider.
Who is actually on the other end
Operators are drawn from the FMCSA-registered towing population and vetted before they receive work.
Operating authority
USDOT and MC numbers on file, with authority status checked against FMCSA.
Insurance
Liability, cargo and garage-keepers coverage recorded with expiry dates and tracked as they approach.
Equipment
Truck classes and capacities recorded per operator, so matching is on real capability.
Service grade
Acceptance, response, completion and refusal rates tracked continuously, not at onboarding.
Coverage radius
Each operator sets a service radius; ranking respects it rather than sending jobs they will decline.
Contract
Broker–carrier agreement executed before any job is tendered, with insurance a condition of every tender.
Common questions
Is this AI dispatch, or people?
Both, and you choose the balance. Auto mode ranks, offers and escalates without intervention. Assisted surfaces the ranking and waits for a dispatcher to confirm. Manual puts a human in the seat for every job. Every automated decision is written to the alert feed with its reasoning.
What happens overnight?
The same thing that happens at midday. Automatic ranking and escalation do not keep office hours, and coverage alerts fire regardless of the time.
Can we see the dispatch console?
Not directly — it is our operations desk, and it shows every client's traffic. Everything about your jobs is in your own portal, including the operator assigned, the driver, the timeline and the attempt history.
How do you handle an area with no coverage?
The job is marked no-coverage rather than left in a queue, and it shows in your portal as such. In parallel we work the operator directory for that area — onboarding new capacity is a normal part of running the network.
What if we already have tow companies we like?
We onboard them. Existing relationships are usually the fastest route to good coverage in a region, and they can be ranked to receive your jobs first.
