Console 01 ยท For programs

Submit the job. Watch it happen.

For motor clubs, fleets, dealer groups and manufacturer warranty programs. You send us the request and we run the dispatch โ€” you keep complete visibility of every job, every operator and every minute.

The problem

Roadside is usually a black box

A member calls. Someone phones round for a truck. Nobody writes down when. The member calls back angry and nobody can say where the truck is, when it was assigned, or which company took the job.

TODAY

No timestamp

Assignment happens on a phone call, so there is no record of when the job was placed, offered or accepted.

TODAY

No visibility

Between dispatch and completion, the only way to learn anything is to ring the tow company and ask.

TODAY

No audit trail

When a member disputes a delay or a charge, there is nothing to check the claim against.

The client portal

Every job, on the record

Five screens. Submit a request, watch it dispatch, open the full record of anything that has ever run, and manage your own account.

  • Submit without a phone call โ€” member, vehicle, location, service and priority, timestamped on arrival.
  • Urgent priority shortens the operator offer window automatically.
  • Assigned operator and named driver, with phone numbers, the moment the job is accepted.
  • Live truck location once the driver is en route.
  • Search everything โ€” member, case number, address, VIN or operator.

The record

What you can prove afterwards

Every completed job carries a timeline built from real events, not from someone’s recollection. That is what turns a member complaint into a two-minute check.

metrics
Measured, not claimed. Every completed job carries these four numbers on its record.
MEASURED

Time to accept

From the moment we sent the job to dispatch, to the moment an operator took it.

MEASURED

Response time

Dispatch to driver on scene โ€” the number a member actually experiences.

MEASURED

Total duration

Request submitted through service complete, end to end.

CAPTURED

Member rating

Recorded against the job and rolled into the operator’s service grade.

CAPTURED

Charges

Hook or base rate, loaded miles and accessorials, itemised per job.

CAPTURED

Your reference

Your own case or claim number travels with the job and comes back on the invoice.

Coverage

What happens when nobody accepts

This is the question worth asking any dispatch provider, because it is the failure that actually costs you members.

The job escalates on its own

If the first-ranked operator does not respond inside the offer window, the job moves to the next without a human noticing first. Urgent requests use a shorter window than standard ones.

Coverage gaps raise an alert

Falling acceptance rates in a zone, ETAs slipping past their window, and jobs sitting unassigned all raise alerts on the dispatch console โ€” with the reason recorded.

No-coverage is a status, not a silence

If an area genuinely cannot be covered, the job is marked no-coverage and visible to you as such, rather than quietly sitting in a queue.

A human can take over

Dispatch runs in auto, assisted or manual mode. Our team can intervene on any job at any point.

alert

timeline

Getting started

What we need from you

01

Your footprint

Origins, destinations and rough volume. If you have historical job data, that is better still.

02

Rate structure

We come back with hook, per-mile and any coordination fee, priced against your actual distances.

03

Coverage plan

Which operators cover which zones, and where we need to onboard before you go live.

04

Portal access

Your users, your organisation, your reference-number convention. Submitting takes minutes.

Questions

Common questions

Do we have to use your dispatch, or can we assign our own operators?

Prevayl dispatch is the service. You submit the request and we place it with a qualified operator. If you have preferred operators you already work with, we can onboard them into the network so they receive your jobs first.

Can we send jobs from our own system instead of the portal?

Yes. The portal is the fastest way to start, and your own case or claim number travels with each job so records reconcile on both sides. Programmatic submission is available for higher volumes.

What does the member see?

Whatever you choose to tell them. The portal gives your staff the assigned company, the named driver, a phone number and live truck location, so your team can answer without calling anyone.

How are we billed?

Per job, against the rate structure agreed up front โ€” hook or base rate, loaded miles, and any accessorials. Every charge is itemised against the job record so invoices can be checked line by line.

What about inoperable or oversized vehicles?

Vehicle class is captured on the request, and dispatch matches on equipment โ€” flatbed, wheel-lift, heavy duty or rotator โ€” rather than sending a truck that cannot do the job.
